Under general supervision of the Youth Services Manager, the Youth Development Specialist II develops, delivers, and evaluates, Boys & Girls Club Native Servicesprograms for children and adolescents. This position delivers programming across the five BGCA Core Program Areas: Character & Leadership Development, Education & Career Development, Health & Life Skills, The Arts and Sports, Fitness & Recreation.
