Under general supervision from the CRS Program Manager, is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the concession food and beverage program. Providessupervision of Concession workers and supports recreational program activities and events. Trains and mentors staff in all aspects of concession operation, safety, and sanitary requirements, and coordinates the sale of food and beverages at the various SRPMIC recreation facilities.  This job class is treated as FLSA Non-Exempt.
