Definition:     Under the direct supervision of Clinic Manager, Residential Treatment,  the Peer Support Specialist (PSS) utilizing his/her past significant life-alteringexperiences will assist and guide JTR adult residents toward the identification and achievement of specific goals specified to his/her treatment plan, work collaboratively with all JTR staff of all levels to help facilitate client recovery, promotes pro-social community activities, recovery, self-advocacy, self-help, and development of a support system This position is treated as a FLSA non-exempt position.
