Under the direct supervision of a Behavioral Health Supervisor, the Peer Support Specialist (PSS) utilizing his/her past significant life-altering experiences, will assist andguide behavioral health clients members toward the identification and achievement of specific goals specified to his/her treatment plan. Peer support staff will work collaboratively with all behavioral health  staff   to help facilitate client recovery, promote pro-social community activities, recovery, self-advocacy, self-help, and development of a support system.
