Under general supervision of the Community Development Department (CDD) Director, plans, directs and manages the Community’s environmental protection & naturalresources goals and objectives.  Provides leadership to a diverse professional staff that includes Environmental Engineers, Specialists and Technicians who are tasked with protecting the Community’s environmental, natural resources and Range Management efforts.  Additionally duties of this position include CDD leadership level functions related to grant and budget management.   This job class is treated as FLSA Exempt.
