Definition: Under general supervision of the Operations Manager, supervises, monitors use of the community recreational facility operations. Establishes and maintainsexcellent customer service relations with customers and includes oversite of unlocking/locking of building, fields, working with user groups to ensure the safety and security of the facility. Conducts periodic follow-ups with customers to resolve concerns and complaints and improve customer satisfaction.
