Under general supervision of the Construction Superintendent, provides skilled carpentry services with  drywall installation and repair, framing, cabinet installations,ramps, stairs, and flooring replacements by utilizing various types of flooring materials.  Supervises the training and development of assigned subordinates and apprentices; prepares schedules and estimates of materials, labor and equipment for the carpentry related portions of projects or service orders undertaken by the Construction Division of the Engineering and Construction Services Department.   This job class is considered a working supervisor and treated as FLSA Non-Exempt and considered a DRIVING position which may...
