Under general supervision of the Community Development Department Director, provides senior level leadership and management of the assigned CommunityDevelopment Department’s operational and administrative functions and staff. Manages the daily operation of the Department’s programs through the department managers. Provides administrative oversight of special projects and is responsible for monitoring and evaluation of projects. Oversee the daily operations of the department in absence of the Director.
